I have had several of these bottles, some with the plastic falling off, some with it still on and some with just the tax strip. Now it's possible that it was opened, but I think there's a bit too much suspicion. Not sure it's fair on the seller to be saying for sure he or she is selling fakes or opened bottles, when most likely he's not.
