just had another bit of that Connemara Belgian Ale cask, and the more i drink it, the more i like it.
it has a fantastic, almost perfumy nose, but not much sign of peat, what i was expecting, but really have the " sugary ale" nose
a bit of flat beer taste, a bit of fizzy bite on the tongue (reminded me a bit like the pot still wash what i have sampled at Kilbeggan), but than it turns quickly to dry citrus taste, with a little peppery kick
this whiskey is really have me thinking, but i bet if anyone get a sample of this blind, will not have a slight gust of what is he drinking
Happiness is having a rare steak,a bottle of whiskey, and a dog to eat the rare steak!!!
