Hi Guys,
I just got a copy of a book invaluable to the industry.Its the Irish Whiskey Information and Training Manual by Heidi Donelon.I reccomend this Manual to Bars,Restaurant,Owners,Managers and Sommiliers alike.Its the last word as an unbiased independant guide to Irish Whiskey with tasting notes and tips on how to sell, or up sell a product, This i´m sure will become the benchmark for knowledge and training in the Irish Whiskey Sector.

I have asked for one and also enquired if she is willing to sell to Society members who maybe interested. Heidi herself may even see thisead thr and post herself.
