IDL seek to expand warehousing capacity in the Dungourney area. Still aiming for the 3m cases p.a. worldwide.

This is old news, I remember reading about this ages ago ... strange that the Indo are only reporting on it now ... maybe the green light has only happened lately and it has been a slow news week ;)
