Hi everyone,

A great big Happy New year to all 108 members who joined our forum in the first year (since St Patrick's Day 2009),

I hope everyone has learnt something new about Irish Whiskey, had their curiousity tweaked or just simply enjoyed the company of fellow enthusiasts.

So farewell to an enterprising start in 2009 for the Irish Whiskey Society.

A warm welcome and invitation in 2010 is extended to those who have yet to attend a tasting.

Hopefully 2010 will mark the introduction of our embrionic website and a growing Facebook presence.
