Whiskey in the Christmas pud.

The wife was making a few Christmas puddings last night and came into me as I was enjoying a nice glass of greenspot and asked for a few glasses of whiskey to add to the pudding mixture - She grabbed the bottle of greenspot and said this'll do - I nearly collapsed and said - woah ! - Let me find something more suitable - I mean its for cooking right ! So I delved deep in the store and found a bottle of Grant's scotch and said - here you can have as much of this as you want


Well - what would you do ?

Yes I think you should of at least put some Irish in it ... probably suits a christmas pud better but in all fairness Grants is not overly strong.

You can always add some (litteraly a cap full) on the day anyway when it is steaming
