Power's Three Swallows pot still.

This is the latest addition to the Power's Pot Still stable.
Nose: Definitely a Pot Still, lots for spice. Hint of Tobacco. Fresh earth like a newly turned sod.

Taste: Very Spicy. Ginger, chilli, overripe Apple, little citrus(lime) & very peppery after a few seconds.

Finish: The pepper and spice linger. Apple,Chilli tingling for a while and tapers off to a grassy end.

i returned to my empty glass and can get sweet fruity notes now.
