Another bottle of Jameson Marconi. I had a bottle I opened recently and left it in a box to become reacquainted with at a later date but it must have been knocked over and not sealed properly and now is soaked into my timber floor.

Cut up the floor and squeeze it in a vice before it spends too long in the wood!

Seriously that is a shame, I hope you find another for a reasonable price.

I was going to propose a black op, but they aren't on the Whisky Exchange's site anymore. I'll put the pry bar back...

I have a few of the left and right ones in that photo. One of the ones in the CWS was mine too. I really would like the 10 but I'll eventually find on.

The society is planning a Redbreast tasting in the near future and I know some of them will be sampled.
Has anyone ever tried the blend? I liked it but it never took off. I bet it would be more successful if it were released today.

Ah this is going to be a happy Christmas after all.

I was doing some rearranging at home when I came opinion a bottle of Jameson Marconi in a box. I had know the box was there but thought it was from the bottle that spilt. To say I'm happy is an understatement.

One wish list item ticked. I think I'll be in the Christmas this year.

Nice! I found whisky on Saturday looking for a bottle of Port Ellen I was going to give a friend. Time for a proper inventory I think.

I have also made my experience with this problem, i faced it two times and i hope never again.
Once i fund a bottle and once i thought i have a bottle.
I was lucky that we changed the flat, so i had the chance to set up two list. One for the collection and one for the overload.
No bottle out and no bottle in too miss on your inventory list and i believe you have a correct overview.
I know; it can be some work, but it is worth the time and patients.

I'm reviving an old tread here.

I'm looking for the society Lockes 10 year old bottle. I should have got them at the time but other events got in the way.

I can help. What delectable whiskey - for drinking not collecting - can you offer to tempt me?

Hi Ken, I looking to collect it. If I get 2 I'll drink one then ok. I'll be in touch and see if I can convince you to part with one.

I'm guessing Ken is looking to see if you have something interesting to swap that he could drink :sunny:

I think your right. I'm going to search my reserves when I get home and hopefully I'll track something down that he likes.

Hello to everyone!

I collect Connemara and would be absolutely thrilled if anyone could help me find these bottles

Connemara 17yo cask 112 for CWS (with or without wooden-box for SC)
Connemara 12yo, the "old dumpy bottle" (Connemara-logo not embedded in the glass of the bottle) (with or without "wooden tin")

I am also looking for
miniature 5ml Connemara 'Pure pot still'
miniature 5ml Connemara with Kilbeggan Distilling Co. label

Tin for 70cl Connemara 'Pure pot still'

If you have any of these bottles etc. for sale you are most welcome to contact me here on the forum

Best wishes and thanks, Samuel in Sweden

I liked those early Cooley whiskeys stating Pure Pot Still on them. I've the Plinth with PPS Lockes, Tyrconnell & Connemara. I don't know if they have value but interesting all the same.
