Definitely happening Luke. They are working hard on it. I'm not sure what will be happening but can only be good.

It'll certainly put it up to the new players regarding "Craft Distilling", which Midleton do anyway, let's be honest!

I'd say their itching to get started. The big pot stills are vast and great for large scale production. These small ones will be handy for some small batches with different grains etc. They could also use them for Malts if the want.

Interesting to see that the new micro distillery is incorporated into the old heritage centre and layout seems to indicate that it will be included in future tours.

This is news to me - what's the plan? Is it to be in the old distillery? I often thought that would be a good idea.
