Is that a Single Cask Midleton from Dublin's Terminal 2 airport. The picture is a bit fuzzy but looks like one. I know they had a few bottlings. Here's a link to a thread that may be more helpful, and another.

The first of three casks bottled for The Irish Whiskey Collection in Dublin. These were bottled on the 18 October 2012 and released in July 2013. Subsequently sold through Cork and Shannon airports as the Irish Whiskey Collection shops were expanded. The other two casks are 1045 & 1046 which have or are due to be released when Cask 1044 is sold. I believe these casks were also bottled in 2012.
