Hi and welcome to the forum.
I never heard of it. Is it a supermarket whiskey?
I googled it and only found the "whiskey in a jar " version from the High Kings.

I remember seeing strange brands I supermarkets over the years. Cooleys supplied various supermarkets all over Europe. I saw a brand called O'Haras in France last year that I'd never heard of either.

There is a website

http://www.highkingsirishwhiskey.com/#!index/c1znh

However it is a bit flakey if you ask me. One of the Contact details is a mobile phone number which I believe is Tesco Mobile. ?!?!?!?

The bottles are obviously cg mock ups. No offense meant but the labels are a bit of a mess too as they are all too similar. If they wanted the same design they should of at least changed the background colour for each different label or something similar.

The "Our Story" part is pure marketing sludge and does nothing to explain their story. So we actually know nothing about them. If you go to any site proud of their product you get a run down of the people involved and usually a spiel about their passion of same.

They like the Rock of Cashel though ... could this mean they are from Tipp

So the whole set up leaves a bit to be desired.

Come on guys let us know who ye are at least and how ye are getting on?

Or is this a project that has not got off the ground as the big question is where would they be getting their whiskey from?

Nice research.
It's a 3mobile number is all I can add. The other contact details, 18-19 collage green was up on property.ie sold by Nama. They do scotch too. Scratching my head now.

Well checking the linkedin profile of the contact shows that he has High Kings Whiskey down as a previous employment and he's now MD of Premium Baby Foods so whether High Kings is still going is anyone's guess.

Hey .... many's an early morning I've been tempted to slip a little whiskey to my little one in order to get them back to sleep .... so maybe he's onto something.

Interesting how the conversation regarding High Kings Irish Whiskey arose in 2014 and then the thread petered out.

A person popped into us (IWM) recently one evening from the same company to have a chat. A re launch?

Cheers,

I noticed they have a range of whiskeys. I'm assuming it's Cooley stock. Where do they source the Scotch?

Surely they are not going to have virtually identical labels. That will make it very confusing for some customers ....
