January 2014 tasting.

Hi All,
Great tasting last Thursday! Really enjoyed the theory behind the science and art that is distilling @ Midleton. The whiskeys chosen were excellent as well by the way! The bar has been set fairly high on this first 'Meet the Distiller' event, so if this one is anything to go by, Society members are in for a fantastic 2014! :thumbsup:

glad you enjoyed it John! I said it on the night and i'll say it again here-- i think this will be the best year in the history of the society. There isnt a tasting on the calendar that I'm not excited about and there are three more of those Meet the Distiller nights to come. ;)
