Knappogue 36 YO 1951

A friend has a very rare knappogue castle cask? (I can not remember the cask no.he said) 1951 36 year old not the usual 1951 but a single cask!

He wants to hold onto this bottle as an "investment" / a special occasion but would like to know the value of the bottle if was being sold at auction or somewhere just so as he knows the value of his bottle!

There were a good few of these. It's the one with the 36 across the neck. I'd say €450ish.

Yup thats the one John, not sure on cask no. But ya remember the 36 across bottle.

He could do better or worse than this, of course. A shop would probably be selling it for a lot more.
