Cavanagh west cork whiskey

Hello everyone!
I need your help with this: we found this in a local store here in Russia, but internet is not helping much on that. On the bottle it says Cavanagh west cork whiskey So the question is: is it really a product of Ireland or at least a real existing product anyway. Please, can anyone help?

I would imagine they are the same group that market Kennedy whiskey here.

Cavanagh may be more marketable in Russia.
