Since the society is now a Founding Father, would it be a good idea to reserve a place on something like this and have a draw to send a member on it? Or to whatever other events Dingle plans over the next 5 years for its investors.

I wasn't able to read this because I don't have a membership. It's expensive too. You'd get 5 years membership of the society and a few tasting for the yearly subscription.

A bit about the Dingle Distillery in the Irish Times mag today. Not much everyone here won't know already, except that all Irish whiskey HAS to be triple-distilled.

No praise like self praise. I pity Colum Egan. I bet he has ideas he'd like to develop but his employers just don't have the where with all.

The product is good but I'd like to see some innovation, and not that honey crap. Real whiskey please.
