Outstanding. I quite like the looks of what they are planning. I hope they go beyond just barley in the pot still though. Did someone say buy your own cask...

I hoping they will continue what Cooley did for them before Beam flipped things upside down. They understand better than almost anyone what it is like to be an independent. I think once they open their doors, they are going to find quite a few independents standing out in the cold asking to be let in.

They now have full planning permission to proceed. I posted some details on my site:

Their own maltings. Roasted barley. Single pot still. Oats! A lot to look forward to.
