I seen it recently. Very interesting. What really caught my curiosity was that they mainly drank and sold spirit, or Poitín. He refers to it as whiskey but by definition it isn't.

I also seen a programme called "the Irish whiskey trail". It was made a while back but worth a look if you can find it.
