It's light and sweet and fruity with just enough oil and salt to give it an edge. It's just gorgeous. I'm planning to get Tyrconnell Anima Negra for my cabinet pretty soon too. I Had it at a tasting night recently and fell in love with it. Well not literally cos that would be weird but you know what I mean !

Right now for example I have (open):
Redbreast 12
Yellow Spot
Bullit Bourbon
Maker's Mark
HP 12
It will probably be quite different in a couple of weeks. For starters I have an urge for something from Skye...

It should be available in Canada, ( it's very available in the USA so check out that option ) and the price shouldn't be too painful as it's widely available over here, you'll never drink 12yr old again if you've had this Of course perhaps you have ?
Honeyed sweetness with oak and spice on the nose,
Buttery, smooth, sherry wood, fruit cake and madeira. it's lovely.
