I Had Been thinking about doing some home brew (beer) myself for a long while but not sure if it is worth the hassle due to the that exact reason. My shed is very dusty

can you give me a recipe for a beer that is typically Irish. Ihave all the equipment and a converted fridge. but never made beer.
