That's an interesting article. I wouldn't doubt it's findings for a minute. I've heard of unscrupulous publicans doing this with vodka and others spirits for years. Irish Distillers could test this out by relabelling Paddy and doubling the price. I'm sure all drink makers realise the power of advertising. Look at famous Grouse's advertising for instance, you'd think it to be a top whisky. I heard one Scot describe Grouse as a waste of a glass bottle, thought it should be sold in a plastic one.
