I believe it is the same as this ....

First released in South Africa last year other batches were due to be released in other markets. So looks like the US and the UK have got theirs.

Looks the biz Matt, the date of 30th of Oct 2011 is on the box (10-30-2011). I wonder are these the ones going on the US EBay as I've seen quite a few at what I thought were very high asking prices but no proper descriptions or pictures.

I'm onto my 2nd bottle of this here in New York. It's really nice. Tastes like it has a much higher pot still content than the NAS.

I just checked Tesco's webpage to see if they still had a promotion for Bush original Blackbush Powers and Jameson. They had the Jameson select reserve- Black Barrel advertised on the site for €34.95. I was there yesterday but didn't notice. Has anyone seen it here(in Ireland) yet?

I can't understand why they advertise it in euros if they don't intend to sell it here. The product code number is the same as the 1ltr regular Jameson according to staff.
I can still hope they sell it here.

Hey Liam, was that supermarket part of a chain? i.e. Londis, SuperValue etc. If so it could be available nationwide through that chain. Have not seen it Locally yet and that price is not bad.

Hi Liam,

Was it Distillery or Select reserve small batch you saw?

Just wondering, as they was similar confusion between Select Reserve & Black Barrel for a short while?

Distillery Select Reserve and also refers to the abv for Sth Africa as 43percent. Although this release is 40percent.

How are you keeping Liam.
I hope their all treating you well in the rebel county.
I'll be into haunt my local supervalu now that I see your post.
That was similar to the price that tesco advertised on their site but did not have.

I'm organizing a road trip in the near future.
I had to google BCNU, It's new to me. Apparently it's not British Columbia Nurse's Union the first result.
See you soon.
