Kaixo Chico's,
J Beam's recent decision not to supply Independant bottlers ie Slane etc could be interesting for collectors. Will this mean these Cooley expressions by Independants such as Cadenhead,Signatory,Oddbins, etc will increase in value due to rariety,,???
I personally happy to see Beam sell more Branded Cooley malts than sell to independants,,its Kudos big time for their own labels and world brand marketing for The Tyrconnell, Connemara,Greenore and Kilbeggan.

I agree with you. There is a fear that they will run short if they continue supplying the independent brands.
There was a mention that it may actually encourage them to distill their own.
This would be a win win I think. I know it's expensive to start up but if they see the advantages of controlling their own product from the start they may think about it.
Irish Whiskey seem to be the ipad/tunes of drink at the moment and hopefully that will continue.
Four blessings upon you - Older whiskey - Younger women - Faster horses - More money
