IWS Bottlings

Anyone know who best to speak to to ask about special bottlings exclusively for the IWS? I know Cooley have done a couple in the past, but it's been a while since we've seen any new additions in the Whisky Bible...

Hi DGR,

Unfortunately we had nothing last year but we did purchase a few casks so a few years down the line we hope to have at least an annual bottling. If we do get a chance to get our own bottling this year it will probably be later on in the year as there is nothing on the cards currently.

Was the Writer's Tears cast strength tasted for the latest edition?

It was! Scored a tidy 90.5, though was usurped by it's brother in arms, The Irishman Cask Strength which managed 94.5...

Waiting to hear back from Bernard to see if he has anything new in mind this year...
