A nice little picture in the News section of the Stillroom.

Image

the text ... nice bit of info on bottling ...

The resident Robin Redbreast
13/12/2011

Bringing a whole new meaning to the 'Tweet', we've just received an email from Jamie Murphy, Bottling Administrator, at the House of Donohoe bottling facility, Waterford City, Ireland, with this fabulous photograph. Apparently, this gregarious little Robin has been frequenting the bottling hall office for some time now and has made friends with Jamie. In return for some crumbs from Jamie's lunchtime sandwich, the Robin agreed to pose for a picture with its namesake - a bottle of Redbreast 12.

All Redbreast whiskey is bottled at The House of Donohoe in Waterford City, south east Ireland where they specialise in the bottling and packing of our specialist whiskeys.

Nice write up on the Presidents Selection in there also.

I received mine across the pond. Must say that the 50ml of Powers John Lane was a huge surprise.

Now a profile on Yellow Spot ...

It mentions that Yellow Spot is bottled at 46% abv without chill-filtration.
