thought it might be worth posting a topic on this as i'm sure you've all heard the news by now. Anyone have any details on the stuff aside from the mashbill (60% malted, 35 unmalted, 5% oats). The cooley facebook page called it 'single pot still poitin.' does this mean we should be expecting something like the spirit of kilbeggan test tubes in terms of aging? I assume based on cooley's precedent that, at least at this stage, this stuff will be bourbon barrel cask aged? Any word on a possible release date?
