Single Grain

Single Grain

Was doing a comparison between Kilbeggan 8yo single grain and Teeling wine cask finished and to be honest the Teeling is on a different level. Single grain is, of course, light and lacks as much depth as Malts, Blends and Pot still but the Teeling out classes the Kilbeggan.

I'll have to try that one. The one that amuses me is the Hyde 6 year old. It's nearly €10 dearer than the Greenore and has nothing new to offer. The Master Distiller is Alan Hyde, I wonder what distillery he works for?
