Nose: Spirity numbed by the flat malt. Toffee with Sherry trying hard to break through and a touch of Vanilla
Taste: A really rich buttery mouth feel. Continued from the nose the sherry is to the fore this time but not over powering and intertwines (sic) nicely with the toffee.
FInish And a lovely tongue tingle pleasent and not harsh. Quite dry but the sweetness comes back also and both linger. A bit of dry ash or sulphur feeling also.
