Was just going to post this. Looks interesting. I'd love to try this, although I generally don't really enjoy the high abv beers.

I don't know why but I'm Presuming that it is Bushmills casks from the description.


"This special bottling of Innis & Gunn has been matured in rare oak barrels from a famous distillery in Ireland. These barrels had previously been used to mature one of the great triple distilled Irish whiskeys."

Yea would love to try it myself, I know Tesco do Innis & Gunn stuff ... so you never know???

I&G has a strong following here in Ontario. I really enjoy their original oak barrel offering, and just had a bottle of the 'Highland Cask' variant. Very enjoyable!! My wife surprised me with a bottle of the Irish whiskey cask version. It is waiting to be drunk (likely in the next couple of weeks). I'll let you know.
