Call For Assistance For Website Content/Articles

Hi everyone,

As members know we are quietly working on the website in the background, we are hoping to get some basic information up as quickly as possible on a variety of topics. What is needed at this stage is some volunteers to write some short descriptions (paragraph/8 lines/100 words) on Irish Whiskey brands and companies.

If you interested please reply to this thread and we will either organise access to the society 'wiki' where the development takes place or provide an e-mail for contributions. Please select something that interests you from the following topics:

Great list BUT you left out the GREAT Celtic Whiskey Shop,,tut tut,,shame on you a shop i consider to be the Flag Ship of the new Irish Whiskey Armada,and Mitchells with their ledgendary Green Spot.
And over the water in Alba dont forget the likes of Signatory,Blackadder,Berry bros&rudd,etc

That list above is just the tip of the iceberg as there is a multitude of content we could put up but it needs to start somewhere.

The website has been established, looking for volunteers to help populate it. If you have a particular interest or idea we would welcome your input/contribution. Equally plenty of mini projects (short paragraph on a single topic) for anyone who would like to help. We can allocate you a topic to research relating to a brand, distillery, bottler, company, tasting note for you to contribute on.

HI Cathach, glad to receive your contribution on Persse's, simplest thing is to write it on Word etc and David or I will put it up on the wiki/website for you!

( I hope to do a longer article at some stage and have been gathering information for a while now)
