Septembers Cork tasting

Postby Good Whiskey Hunting » Fri Sep 26, 2014 11:24 pm

I had a great night in Cork. Sadly it clashed with the Dublin-Whiskey and beer tasting. I'll have to get the line up and do some research myself.

The line up in Cork was as follows;

Paddy NAS.
Paddy 10 year old- probably 50's.
Paddy Centenary.
Hewitts Whisky, 70's & slightly peated.
Murphy's Premium
Barry Crockett Legacy
Midleton 2014.

An excellent line up and I was very pleased with the old Paddy 10 year old.

I have had newer Hewitts before and had heard that the older ones were slightly peated but never tasted one until now. :thumbsup:
