Pearse Lyons RIP

I was shocked to read of Pearse Lyons passing. He contributed so much to the whiskey & beer industry. A massive loss.

I reminds me of the recent passing of Oliver Hughes, another pioneer in beer and whiskey.

Two high characters taken too soon. I sure their legacy will live in Dublin & Dingle.
