There is 5 page about Cooley distillers in the Sunday Business Post Agenda

Thanks for posting the article, Varizoltan. It makes me happy to know that whiskey has become such an appreciated part of our society. It's just a drink, but there's so much depth in the crafting. There's so much hard work involved to make the most amazing whiskey.

I read the article and to be fair it seems like a fairly honest and open interview. There is also a decent overview (from the Cooley perspective!) of the decline and development of whiskey in general in Ireland. Worth a read.
