Connemara Turf Mór relaunch!

Hey friends! Just wanted to pop by and let you all know that Connemara Turf Mór is being relaunched!

The first version of heavily peated (50ppm) Turf Mór was released back in 2010 and held 58,2% ABV, this version however holds 46% ABV and is released for selected airports within european travel retail. This is the first release of a new expression of Connemara in over two years, so really looking forward to trying it!

Many thanks for the info. I have to say, I have always liked the Turf Mór release so it's great to see it being 'rejuvenated'! It's also good to see some activity from Kilbeggan, long may it continue!

Oh yes, it would be great to see them step up their game just a wee bit, two years since the last release (the 22yo) is a bit too long for those of us who love Connemara...

Maybe a 25yo can be reality soon?

Just to let you all know, John Cashman just tweeted that the new Turf Mór now is available to purchase in the shop at the Kilbeggan distillery for 55 euro! so do hurry up since it will only be available in travel retail after that
