Simon Brown Famous Spirits

Another new Cooley bottling, this time from "Simon Brown Famous Spirits"

"Cooley Distillery Pure Irish Malt Whiskey - Old Pale" its a 12 year old and bottled at 40%

Brilliant stramineous in appearance - delicate, fruity aromas, like pears and mirabelles, a hint of salt and wood in the nose - smooth and fruity on the palate with a medium-body intensity, there are white fruits, traces of salt, wood and smoke, too - gentle aftertaste of medium length.
