Definitely an excuse to go to Gernika 8-)

Good to have you on board Patrick hopefully we can get a bit of traffic going ..... don't know if it will be of use but feel free to use the site to advertise your own tasting and events.

Hi Patrick, do you have a full list of whiskies at all? I'm just curious, and I'd love to ogle at such an amazing collection. ;)

Hi,

I'm going to London this weekend. Any recommendations on decent whiskey bars. I'm staying in the Covent Garden area.

Hey Patrick,

Any chance of you throwing a few pictures of the famed Scanlans Tavern up here for us all to oggle over ;)

You never know it may entice some of us to make an effort to come over

Under the field in which you type the text, there are two tabs, one labeled "options" and the second "upload attachment". Click on the latter. Then you can browse to the location of the picture on your computer and upload it to the forum.

Or, if it's a link to a picture on a website, you can past the url of the pic, highlight it and click the "Img" option above the text field.

I hope I have made this less confusing, not more...

I think any place I once knew is gone now but do order a "Turkisk peppar" in whatever bar you go into.

'Turkish peppar'? Good Lord David I hope this isn't some exquisite revenge you've been plotting for years!
