When I've drank all of mine I'll sell you my fancy bottle. I might even fill it with Dunphy's. For a small fee.

It's a deal.

You know you're buying it back off me in a few months, right?

I'm counting on it. In fact I've sold futures in it, with the option of a paper for paper transaction to buy it back again via an Isle of Man company. Nothing bad could possibly happen as a result of such financial speculation, could it? If everyone does it the whole country could be rich.

Possibly you could use Achill Island ... Now that it has been pronounced a republic the next step is a tax haven (obvious ;) )

I rarely buy whiskey, but my last purchase was whiskey Tullamore Dew ...
I heard about it and decided to try to buy.... quite a pleasant taste, felt notes of lemon and vanilla ...

I think you have come to the wrong place so Christian if you rarely buy whiskey. All we'll do is encourage you to buy more ...

Now off you go for that next bottle of whiskey ;)

Looks very nice bred man

I notice that it is from a single cask yet it is one from 500bottles. And at cask strength would make you think that this limited edition could be from 2 diFferent casks unless it's a sherry butt or something similar. Anybody know???

Eventhough it does say drawn for a single cask...???

Mine is from the same cask. I'd say it's all from one cask, probably a sherry cask or a puncheon or something like that.

Yes probably John ... I was just thinking aloud as you don't often see a 500 bottle run of cask strength from a single cask. And an 18yo to boot where you would imagine significant losses. Well enjoy the 2 of ye ... lucky buggers

£50 for the Glenfiddich, including postage, even to Ireland. Amazing value really.

Talisker 25 was only €99. Tried it too, the 2006, and it's brilliant. I can never resist buying Karuizawa.
