Age of old Paddy's Bottle

I found an old bottle of Paddy's while cleaning out my elderly parents house. I've attached a picture. It is spelled Whisky rather than Whiskey and is 86 proof and 10 years old. They don't seem to make this anymore.

I just wondered what this indicates about its age.

Hi there the 10 year old was discontinued in the early to mid 1960s, nice collectors bottle.
