I'm new to the IWS, so forgive me if this a subject I've missed,
I'm a bartender by trade and I was looking for a training manual for bar staff.
I'm looking for both basic and advanced, any recommendations?
Anything on topics such as sensory analysis, blending, ageing, which barrels inpart which characteristics on the whiskeys would be amazing!
Not fully sure where to start looking
