Hyde Whiskey from West Cork

Postby IrishWhiskey.Com » Mon Mar 30, 2015 7:52 pm

Hi folks,

I've just uploaded a review on one of my own sites for Hyde Whiskey's first release which is a Sherry finished 10 year old single malt (Cooley heritage).

Kind regards,

And my spies back home in West Cork have just told me that the next expression of Hyde Whiskey's single malt will be released for Dec 15 and will be finished in Rum Casks.

It will have a similar 10 year age statement.

But I understand that an older single malt with a very special finish is also in the "pipe"line.

Kind regards,

Stuart

Hi Stuart,

I noticed West Cork's other distillers are spending a few bob on marketing.
They even displayed their stills.

Has Hyde got a distillery planned or are they doing it already?

Who has the Allmans distillery name in Bandon? Looks like there could be a reintroduction in the future.
