Whisky Live gets a write up in the latest Whisky Magazine.

Date is the same. Tickets will be available in CWS and they are making a charitable donation from each sale. Well done lads. I'll buy from them so.

It also mentions that "the event is set to include the very best of Irish whiskies(their spelling) with all distilleries being represented"

This is looking even better. I hope they'll have some Kleenex at the Diageo/Bushmills stand, I may not be able to contain my emotions. Will they finally be joining the party?

Hey Willie, I'm not 100% sure but was Bushmills represented at the verty first Whisky Live. I thought they had a small stand there?

Great to hear all parties will be in attendance though this year, unless your starting the rumour to shame them to go ;)

Happy to say we at Blackwater Distillery will be at Whiskey Live, it'll be our first public outing and we are very much looking forward to meeting and talking about our favourite subject - quality spirits. I'm not certain yet what we'll have with us (we're not due to go live until November) but let's see what we can cook up.

Bushmills were at the first one. They had to have their arm twisted to attend I believe.

Hopefully they'll come again. They must be cooking something other than the Honey.

If anyone has bought tickets can you tell me what types of tickets are available and what Masterclasses are being run? Can't seem to find any real info on the event.
Thanks,
J.

Hi John,
I've got my tickets but again I couldn't find any more info.

The Irish Whiskey Awards are tonight. I wish I could make that.

A great night was had by all from the reports I've heard.

It was better than the last one which was great too. Hopefully it'll be better again next year. I didn't sign up for any masterclasses this time which meant I'd more time.

My first port of call was the Irishman. I was hoping they had the 2014 Cask Strength Writers Tears, they had and I wasn't disappointed. Another cracker.

I was very surprised by the Dunvilles blend. I will try get my hand on one.

The Jameson Caskmate was excellent, I hope they build on this.

I tried a sample of Teelings 30 year old.

Well done to all involved, especially Ally.

I'll second that Will.
It was a really great show, with plenty of exhibitors, good quality engagement in terms of highlighting future plans, delicious food and it also provided the opportunity to donate to a very worthy cause. I have to say that I really enjoyed it and it was good to catch up with many fellow whiskey enthusiasts that I hadn't seen in a while.
I'm certainly looking forward to the next one!
Cheers,
J.

The BenRiach Masterclass this year was truly brilliant.

2014 was the best WhiskyLIVE Dublin to date: Well Done Ally Alpine and Co!

Roll on 2015!
