Have you a photo?

I'm guessing it's 70/80's but a photo would make it easier to date. I know little about the Batch numbers but may be able to get some info.

The limited part is curious, I only ever seen it on the millennium bottles the 15 PPS bottles. I don't remember them been initialed.
