So lads, are any of you buying something special for Christmas Day or have you something special put away for the day.
Personall I'm looking forward to a dram of Redbreast 21.

I think Redbreast 21 will probably feature on the day, though I'd be lying if I said I hadn't opened it before now!

What I am planning on opening is the 1976 Benriach I acquired on my last Scotland trip!

Perhaps I'll open this baby I picked up in Edinburgh on the way home from the same trip: http://www.whiskytastingroom.com/Cooley-Distillery-1992-21YO-56-3ABV

Not opening any thing unless Santa surprises me ;-)

I would love to open the Cadenhead Cooley 21yo also but I fear I will not meet my supplier in Dublin in time :(

So will have to do with what's currently on the go ... but I still have over 70 bottles to choose from

Probably Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve that I opened earlier this year will certainly get sampled. Also one of my 8 Laphroaigs will get used to settle a full stomach after which is surely going to be an over indulgent dinner ;-)

Jameson 15 PPS is lurking around some where too so possibly dust off the cobwebs on that on also.

I've a bottle of Redbreast Cask Strength ordered.

I only tried a sample of the current one and am looking forward to another. I had the first batch last year. It lasted well too.
