Looks like Lidl have followed in Aldi's footsteps and brought an 8yo into their range. Out now in time for christmas I suppose it remains to be seen if they will make this a permanent addition to their line up.
Have the Avoca (Aldi) so it would be interesting to taste these side by side.

Well I think the Avoca 8yo blend is a lovely whiskey - if this is similar then you could worse for the price. Then again it could be completely different.
