Wine casks used to raise an eyebrow and be a bit contentious but that sort of thinking is a few years old now and some of these have proved good so why not ... Ally's Anima Negra Tyrconnell is another example of a lovely whiskey.
Looking forward to trying this if I can get my hands on a bottle.
