How's the survey going?
Sadly there are no distilleries in my local area but I would think they would have a very positive effect. I know Dingle Distillery is becoming very popular. I speak to people regularly about it in Wexford and that's 170 miles away.

Nice listing & map of distilleries-in-progress in the supplement to last Friday's Independent for anyone interested.
Cheers,
J.

Hi All.
I haven't been on the forum for a while. I have been busy with the survey.
I would like to thank everyone who took time to complete it.
It was the first of its Kind and the findings will be presented to a tourism conference in May of this year.
There may be further research carried out.
Thank you all again.
